Rå Hygge is proud to offer this low-acid mushroom coffee that combines artisan roasted organic coffee with organic mushroom extract. The extract is double-extracted to obtain a higher nutritional value in polyphenols and triterpenes. This does not affect the full-bodied taste - on the contrary, it is even enhanced - similar to an umami effect.

Sustained energy and balancing bursts as the extract helps to balance the effects of caffeine. The mushrooms are aadaptogens and are not treatments or remedies, but they are unique in their ability to enhance the body's natural defenses against the stresses of everyday life to support good health. Adaptogens work in synergy with normal bodily processes without serious side effects. Mushrooms also help lower acidity. In addition, we perform a natural after-treatment of the roasted coffee beans, which increases the pH of the coffee from around 5.0 (or even 4.3 for regular coffee) to around 6.0.

Not all extracts are the same: Rå Hygge uses some of the purest mushroom extracts available, with a high content of 30% polysaccharides + 3% tripenes. Derived only from organic, fruiting bodies. When you shop for mushroom coffee, keep in mind that some brands use an inferior extract of 10% polysaccharides + 1% tripenes, while those of Rå Hygge is 3 times more potent.

Ingredients: Organic Arabica Coffee (98%), Organic Instant Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) (2% or 4540 mg per pack).

Recommended dosage: 14 g of coffee for a cup of coffee.
