Fair trade, organic Mexican chiapas, roasted with love. This is a great coffee that Campfire Coffee loves, first roasted during "Snowmageddon" 2018 and has been roasting ever since. During the first roast, they discovered a cool way to process this bean to give it a little something extra. A little magic with the open flame makes this bean a little different from the traditional roasted chiapas you may have tried.
