Cream: medium hazelnut colour, high persistence
Bouquet: cherry, intense, almond, honey, very fine
Taste: Barely perceptible acidity, round, perceptible sugar
Flavor: Imperceptible astringency
Aftertaste: caramel, chocolate, fruity, honey, very long lasting, spices, vanilla
