Sir Owlverick's is a proudly certified organic and non-GMO coffee roastery in Anaheim, California, owned and operated by women and minorities.

Three generations of coffee roasting in one cup

Sir Owlverick's origins date back to the French colonization of Vietnam when Grandfather Tang learned the craft of coffee roasting. After years of practicing, perfecting and trying, he opened his first shop and the next generation, Papa Tang, entered the business. In the 1980s, Papa Tang brought the craft to America. Three decades later, in 2016, granddaughter Amy Tang decided to continue the roasting tradition and founded Sir Owlverick's.

The name of Owlverick's

Sir Owlverick's name derives from a thoughtful owl and a passionate and driven Maverick horse. Each bag of green beans is carefully selected from farms around the world. Each batch of coffee is carefully roasted to bring out the finest aroma in each individual bean. And every bag of roasted coffee is roasted to order, so you get the freshest coffee possible.

Coffee roasting is our passion. We don't take shortcuts; instead, we pay attention to details like heat, time and temperature, so you can enjoy the best, most delicious coffee every time. As much as we enjoy roasting, our real joy comes from the coffee community. We love sharing coffee with you.
