At Simon's Coffee Roasters we work as directly as possible with growers who share their philosophy: they want full control at every stage. Nothing is left to chance. They process the coffee respectfully and roast the beans with great passion.
Each coffee bean is unique and gets its character from the soil it was grown on as well as what was grown next to it. Simons Coffee Roasters roast the beans until they get the special flavors that each batch of coffee beans carries. Unique coffee, every time.
The roastery is located in Siktesbo in the Östgötska countryside, about 20 minutes from Linköping.
Here they have built a new roastery in an old barn, where nature is the closest neighbor.
