Collection: Pink Elephant

who we are

Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters was founded in 2014 with the opening of a coffee shop and roastery in the heart of Park City. Founders Mitch and Kelley Baker are passionate about Utah and the public lands, open spaces and native wildlife of the West. Our mission is to produce remarkable coffees for an adventurous life well-lived. We also donate a portion of sales proceeds to the conservation and protection of the wildlife and open spaces of the West by making contributions to local charities and foundations that support these causes.
For us, adventure and coffee go hand in hand. There's nothing we love more than sipping a cup of coffee while being surrounded on all sides by vast public lands, natural habitats and wild places - whether we're sitting around a campfire, hiking up a mountain, in wade in a river or just enjoy the view. That's why we donate a portion of sales to nonprofit organizations (like Utah Open Lands, Wild Utah Project, and others) that ensure our public lands are preserved well into the future.

Wander far and be free

Our goal is to provide remarkable coffees for planning, starting and remembering your adventures

The coffee

Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters focuses on high quality coffees imported from farms and estates from around the world with an emphasis on sourcing Fair Trade and organic beans. We strive to create coffees and blends that are both remarkable and accessible.

What's in a name?

The great writer Jack London wrote that when you've eaten too much, you see pink elephants. The so-called delirium tremens (Latin for "trembling madness") occurs when we need a cup of coffee or when an adventure is imminent.
