To this day, our gourmet coffee is made exclusively from coffee beans that we receive from selected coffee farmers. They are delivered to us from the best growing areas in the world and finally processed by us according to Italian roasting craftsmanship. You can enjoy our specialties from the coffee shop in many different ways - whether as pure coffee or as a coffee and milk specialty.
Passion for coffee that you can taste
For more than 80 years we have been dealing with the production of gourmet coffee. We are convinced that good coffee simply takes time and we give it to our beans. While roasting in industrial production usually only takes 2 to 5 minutes, our coffee has much more time. Depending on the bean, we roast our coffee for up to 30 minutes. Due to the slow roasting, bitter substances and acids are broken down.
